Awareness of girls' and boys' attending selected secondary colleges of their obligations resulting from family law

This research study is focused on the awareness of adolescents on the child's duties which they stemming from a Czech family law. The main goal is, using of analysis of individual provisions of the legislation of the child's duties in the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, to determine the awareness of adolescent about these duties. Intermediate objectives is to determine whether the duties according to their opinion, fulfils in practice, the acquired data to compare and submit proposal for a teaching of this issue, including the design of its incorporation in school education programmes in selected schools. The survey is carried out among 120 sixteen - eighteen year-old students' of the Business Academy and Secondary technical school in Prague, in the form of empirical investigation quantitative method, questionnaire survey in written. Stems from him, that although teens do not have awareness of the duties, an obligation in practice performs. Comparison of the results of the investigation then showed that the obtained data from the selected schools were, at the 5% level, found statistically significant differences. Building of school and parent (quardian) relationship.

Summary: This final thesis deals with creating of the ethical codex for parents or guardians as a tool for changing and adjusting of the communication between school and guardians. It focues on the legislation concept of this relation and fields in which the relation occurs. The work concurrently brings a view of the ethical codex in education and problems of its role in the legal system. Some of its targets are to create and implement ethical codex form school's and parents' perspective. In the conclusion, the current knowledge is brought together and critical points of creation and implementation into individual schools are set.

Duties of members of Limited Liability Company

Summary: Limited Liability Company is so popular form of a corporation suitable. I can say, this type of company is the most popular form of business organization. To have some knowledge about this issue could be very helpful and that is a reason of choosing this topic of my thesis. The regulation of duties of members of a limited liability company in the Commercial Code is only a little part of the whole limited liability company, but very I think, it is very important part. The regulation of duties members of a limited liability company is complex with their right and often should be view together. But on the other hand, sometimes the text of Commercial Code says nothing about the particular position of the member in the company and must be used theory. The most important of my thesis is to focus on the main duties of members of a limited liability company and the position of them. Every each duty of members I described in a separate chapter. I tried to explain every one duty in relation with other duties to explain mutual interconnection as a complex unit. The legal regulation of the Limited Liability Company should be often so much formal and complicated. At the end of my thesis I get special section for new regulation of business law because present Commercial Code is to be replaced by the new one Code...

Support for a novice class teacher in high school

This diploma theses is focused on support of class teachers on the beginning of their career in high schools, generally, the core of this work is its competences necessary for the performance of this function and the duties connected with it, its legislative framework. I chose this topic as i am a class teacher for the first time. And would like to do this work with high responsibility. Meanwhile I'm inspired by more experienced colleagues, whose advice are very precious to me. The aim of this work is to cover the topic of competences of class teachers in secondary vocational schools. To include the aspect of socialization - adaptation of class team, social structure of the class, education of this social group. In the empirical part of this work is case study of class teachers and their work experiences. Semi structured interviews are mapping demands of fulfilling their duties, personal experience in positive and negative aspect. i conducted these semi structured interviews in private high school with two class teachers. The objective of this diploma thesis is that support for beginning teachers at a given school has a lot of room for improvement. International truck transport in terms of rights

The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the legislation of international truck transport. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the appropriate interpretation of problems of an international truck transport. These problems are discussed in the technical literature and in the relevant legislation. The sources for the theoretical part of the thesis are primarily the legislation relating to the road transport, the different conventions and contracts and literature that deals with international truck transport. The second, practical, part of the thesis includes the comparison of international and domestic truck transport. In the practical part I did an interview with the owner of a transport company. Based on the interview I processed an internal directive. And this internal directive is about the compliance with safety breaks, driving time, rest periods and other duties of truck drivers.

Class teacher to 2. grade of elementary school

The diploma thesis deals with the content of work of class teachers at the 2nd level of elementary schools. The aim of the thesis is to describe the content of the work and the legislative definition of the function of class teacher on the basis of professional literature, its competences necessary for the performance of this function and the duties connected with it. In the theoretical part is described the development and legal definition of the teaching profession. Furthermore, classroom function, class social structure and possible methods of pupil discipline support. The research part describes and analyzes the experience of class teachers with whom the interview was conducted, monitoring their perception of this function, positive and negative experiences. The purpose of the interviews is to penetrate deeper into the current problems of class teachers and to learn how they are currently facing them. The conclusion of the thesis is an analysis of these experiences. Contractual terms aimed at the protection of a lending institution in the area of loans provided to corporations

The thesis is focused on the analysis of legislation concerning loans and usage of contractual undertakings for the purpose of protection of the credit institution in the field of loans provided to corporations. Loan represent an economic tool that enables to provide a temporarily unused financial sources to another subject based on agreed terms and returnable character for the consideration in the form of interest payment. Corporation represent a form of legal person that is based on organized association of persons (physical and legal). The credit institution is exposed to a number of risks in relation to loans business. In the forefront it is exposed to the credit risk of non-payment of the debt by the debtor at maturity date mainly because of factual inability (deficient sources) to repay the debt. The credit institution is next to the credit risk exposed to other risks - liquidity risk, market risks (interest and exchange rate risk) and risk of changes of legislation (regulatory environment). Analysis of applicable contractual undertakings for the purpose of reduction of credit and other risks represent the main focus of the thesis.
